Choosing a new healthcare provider is an important decision

Our team has compiled some of the most common questions asked by previous patients and included answers to help you make your decision. If there’s something we haven’t touched on, please just ask.

WILL INSURANCE COVER MY VISIT?


This depends on your insurance plan! We are an out-of-network provider with insurance plans.

On the day of service, you submit payment to us. We provide you with a receipt (superbill) that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Most health insurance companies cover telemedicine and in home visit services.

We also offer monthly memberships! This gives your household access to reach us anytime of the day as much as you need to. 

We have partnered with Reimbursify for you to easily submit your claim  for out-of-network health insurance reimbursement from your smartphone.

WHAT IS YOUR VACCINATION POLICY?

We do NOT require any previous history of vaccinations. You do not have to vaccinate to receive care. We do not currently offer immunizations.

WHAT IS YOUR AVAILABILITY?

We are open 7 days a week! 

CAN WE SIGN UP AS EXPECTANT PARENTS?

Yes, we offer newborn consultations in home to help put your mind at rest. 

We will come to your home and answer any questions you have and offer advice before the baby arrives. 

We also come to your home to complete newborn examinations.
